Upload an export from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. We count every token you've ever sent and received, then translate the total into days and hours of typing and reading.

The file is parsed inside your browser — open the Network tab and watch. Nothing is sent unless you click "Share visualizations" at the bottom of the results, and even then your file, message text, and conversation titles stay local.

01 / ChatGPT

  1. 01Open chatgpt.com and sign in.
  2. 02Click your profile picture in the bottom-left → Settings.
  3. 03Click Data Controls in the left sidebar.
  4. 04Find “Export data” and click Export.
  5. 05Confirm. ChatGPT will email you a download link (titled “ChatGPT — Your data export is ready”). It usually arrives within a few minutes.
  6. 06Open the email and click the download link before it expires (24 hours).
  7. 07Unzip the downloaded file.
  8. 08Drag conversations.json from the unzipped folder into the drop box above.

02 / Claude

  1. 01Open claude.ai and sign in.
  2. 02Click your initials/profile picture in the bottom-left → Settings.
  3. 03Click Privacy in the left sidebar.
  4. 04Scroll to “Export data” and click Export data.
  5. 05Confirm. Claude will email you when the export is ready (usually within a few minutes).
  6. 06Open the email and click the download link before it expires.
  7. 07Unzip the downloaded file.
  8. 08Drag conversations.json (or conversations.jsonl, depending on your export) into the drop box above.

03 / Gemini

MyActivity.html

  1. 01Go to takeout.google.com and sign in with the Google account you use for Gemini.
  2. 02Click Deselect all at the top of the product list.
  3. 03Scroll down and check the box next to My Activity. Important: do NOT check “Gemini” — that category only contains Gems and scheduled actions, not your chats.
  4. 04Under the My Activity row, click the Multiple formats button. In the popup, set Activity records to HTML, then click OK.
  5. 05Under the My Activity row, click All activity data included. In the popup, click Deselect all, then check only Gemini Apps, then click OK.
  6. 06Scroll to the bottom and click Next step.
  7. 07Leave delivery method as “Send download link via email,” keep the defaults, and click Create export.
  8. 08Wait for the email from Google Takeout (usually 1–30 minutes). Open it and click Download your files.
  9. 09Unzip the downloaded file.
  10. 10Open the unzipped folder and navigate to Takeout → My Activity → Gemini Apps.
  11. 11Drag MyActivity.html from that folder into the drop box above.
